EWI is a 2025 Best Place to Work

Once again, the Business Intelligence Group has named EWI a Best Place to Work for 2025. This award acknowledges our company’s commitment to creating a first-rate work environment where employees are engaged and equipped to perform at a high level. 

Russ Fordyce, the CEO of Business Intelligence Group, had this to say about the award. “Congratulations to EWI for your outstanding commitment to fostering a workplace culture that empowers and inspires your team. We applaud your leadership in setting a high standard for workplace excellence and employee engagement.” 

To protect identities and allow employees to speak candidly, all feedback was collected anonymously. So we don’t know who said these things, but we were delighted to read the encouraging things our team had to say about our work environment. 

“The trust this company gives to its employees is like no other. There is no micromanaging whatsoever, which allows us to produce great work in a low stress environment.” 

“We are a family, we all work towards the same goal. The camaraderie is like no other place I have ever worked.” 

“We are given the freedom to make our own decisions without a lot of red tape or escalation processes.” 

“There is a family feeling amongst the staff here. I couldn’t ask to be working for a better company.” 

Now, that’s not to say that employee feedback didn’t point out areas where we can grow as an employer. (Many of our employees offered insights and suggestions that will help us be even better in the future.) Like any healthy relationship, dialogue needs to flow openly and freely. 

Which dovetails well with the most common piece of feedback we heard: that EWI is fundamentally built on trust. Trust begets trust, and we’re honored our team trusts us with their time, skills and energy. EWI employees, you’re the reason why EWI is what it is. And this award is for (and about) you.
